The GMAI is dedicated to leveraging the power of media to help prevent the spread of HIV and reduce the stigma facing those already living with the disease. The companies that make up the GMAI have put their creative talent and technical resources to work to produce public service ads (PSAs) and integrate powerful HIV/AIDS themes into news, public affairs and entertainment programming. We want to enable our member and non-member broadcasters around the world to see this strong programming and see it as best-practice. These programs are not just examples of how to integrate HIV-related themes, but examples of best-practice programming that also promote strong social messages.
